To request a partial or complete withdrawal of funds from your account, fill in the corresponding "Withdrawal request form"
You will also have to provide us with the following documents:

  • Copy of your ID or Passport with a photo included.

  • Copy of the credit card you used to make a deposit.

  • A utility bill confirming your address.

    • Please consider that we take 2-5 business days to process your withdrawal request.
